Get up close and personal with the prehistoric creatures that once roamed the planet, with Dinofest, the theme of this year’s Festival on the Green in St Ives on Sunday May 7.
Giant dinosaurs like T-Rex here, will roam the park and perform live and interactive shows. Budding paleontologists will get a chance to uncover hidden fossils, while characters from ABC TV’s Dinosaur Train have an adventure on the main stage.
Free activities will keep the kids entertained, including an animal farm and a futuristic 9D Cinema. Throw in rides, community entertainment, multicultural food stalls, markets, art and craft and you’ve got a roar of a day out.
The event on St Ives Village Green, kicks off at 10am and wraps up at 4pm, with free shuttle buses from Gordon Station.
