Christmas has come early for the Cherrybrook Village community, with Costi’s Catch Seafood returning in time for the festive season. The opening sees original store owners George and Kerry Christou return to Cherrybrook, with the duo best known for being the biggest fresh seafood suppliers in the Hills District.

The third-generation fish operators previously co-owned Costi’s Fish Market at Castle Towers, which opened back in 1984, and they continue to operate Costi’s at Rouse Hill Town Centre.

Together with the support of their children, the company has remained a family business, bringing new ideas while maintaining strong values of commitment, integrity and honesty. It is their goal to continue to deliver high quality produce to a high standard and save customers from making the trip to the fish market by bringing it to the suburbs.

Kerry Christou, Costi’s Owner said; “Being born into a family that specialises in the seafood industry, it was inevitable that we would eventually follow in the same footsteps. Once we saw the opportunity to come into the Hills District, it has been the best decision we have ever made. We love the family-oriented mindset of the lovely customers we serve on a daily basis and the locals’ love of fresh produce. Really what drives us is the people. It’s all the new and old faces that we see every day.”

Re-opening at Cherrybrook 25 years after the original store first arrived, the team have delivered a fresh, new concept. The design is more modern and more refined with a whole lot of class.

“The owners, George and Kerry Christou have over 35 years of experience in the trade and know a thing or two about seafood. Costi’s is known for its quality produce and has a loyal customer base, many of whom are keen to see the popular store come back to Cherrybrook,” said Natasha Storch, Centre Manager of Cherrybrook Village.

“We are excited to showcase a number of new openings at Cherrybrook over the coming months and look forward to the expansion of our community.”

To kick off the store opening, Costi’s Catch is giving customers the chance to win $3,500 in prizes to be drawn on New Years’ Eve, including a $2,000 Flight Centre Voucher. All you have to do is spend $50 in store for your chance to win.
